3. No Refunds After Free Trial: Refunds are not available for purchases made after utilizing a free trial period.
4. No Refunds If your Converstar account works properly but you simply or whimsically changed your mind after the transaction has been completed. We will only refund if we are unable to resolve any issues you have.
